Client Responsibilities

- Make timely payments for services rendered

- Inform us of any changes that may affect the services provided
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Professional Fees and Payment
Our fee structure and payment terms are as follows:
- Fees are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise specified
- Payment terms are outlined in engagement letters or proposals
- Additional fees may apply for services beyond the original scope
- Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law

Termination of Services
Either party may terminate our engagement under the following conditions:

- For non-payment of fees

- If continuing services becomes illegal or impractical
Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all fees for services rendered up to the termination date.
Professional Standards
We commit to maintaining the highest professional standards and ethical practices in accordance with:
- Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) code of ethics
- Kenyan Companies Act and related regulations
- Tax Procedures Act and other tax legislation
- International accounting and auditing standards
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between parties
- Mediation through recognized professional bodies
- Arbitration as per Kenyan arbitration laws
- Courts of Kenya as a final resort
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms where such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of Kenya.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
